MONDAY HANGMANS NOOSE EPISODE 18 : AGGREGATE VS CALIBRE I Almost Wasnt going to post anything on the Noose today because in all honesty , I have another immediately more important thing to do today . Im glad that I eventually Didnt-Didnt Post because I realized that this is equally as important. So , in the past few years , I made an observation. This is one that you probably might have observed already (Or Not). After reading the Next sentence , you can go ahead and Close this Window /Tab of your browser because it says all that I want to say. Zimbabwe has an entertainment environment where QUANTITY gets you Attention , and QUALITY sustains you . OK, seeing that You havent yet decided to Close the Window/tab , I shall Continue. One viral product , Nobody really Cares who you are. Two Viral Products , whoever that Guy is , hes onto it again . Three viral Products , Is there another one ? . Four viral Products , OK now , WHO THE *POTATO* is that guy ???? (Replace potato with your favorite Swear word. ) During this Phase , Quality doesnt Matter , at all !!! You can go ahead and record an 8 kb/s audio clip , as long as the Content is funny or engaging, even with the least amount of artistic effort, Youll do just great , for a start . Your grandmother is Not a stand up comedian, but she can still tell a Joke that would crack the Whole congregation with Laughter at your local Church. What then sets the real Comedian apart from your granny is the QUALITY of the joke told. It could even Be the same Joke. Getting on the Spot light with the product described a few paragraphs back is fine. One thing to remember though , is that the more you produce material of Sub-Standard Quality , the more you cast you self into the Shadows of Mediocrity. The more Painful and Harder Way to do it would be to Compile all your work before releasing it and machine it to being products of the Highest QUALITY possible and then release bit by bit or all at Once . The only Problem with this method is that it Gives you no room to learn. Even that Guy who is unaware that he is still stuck in Mediocrity, thinks hes doing something of High Quality. Learning How to Swim just by reading an instruction Book and practicing a stroke on the Bench outside the water wont Get you to the Olympics. It might not even get you to be able to Swim at all !!! As Big as Christiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi are , they too have had to struggle with learning how to tie their Shoes laces as kids . QUALITY is King , but Novelty is the Avenue to Royalty . ...But You still need to be a Prince though. What it means to be a Prince , is just Food For Thought. .....And to anyone who thought this article was about the warriors because the title says aggregate , it just might as well be. But Thats Just My opinion . The kind That could get me to an Apostolic Gathering in a ZRP uniform , Put me in Chihuris Shoes and then Sneak Me out of a Hospital with out paying . The kind that could get my Career Lynched , Hanged , executed , strung up , Guillotined , Sent to the Chair, Put before a Firing Squad, beheaded , electrocuted, the scaffold , the gibbet , the Rope , THE NOOSE But Go ahead , Hang Me !!!
