MONDAY MORNING MANNA: He who is often rebuked, and HARDENS his neck, will suddenly be destroyed, and that without remedy. SCOFFERS set a city aflame, But WISE MEN turn away wrath. A FOOL vents all his feelings, But a WISE MAN holds them back. Do you see a man HASTY in his WORDS? There is more hope for a fool than for him.(Proverbs 29:1, 8, 11, 20) APOSTOLIC PATTERNS: One of the PRIMARY functions of APOSTOLIC FATHERS is to build SUCCESSION PLANS. This simply means, IDENTIFYING, TRAINING and RELEASING the next generation of LEADERS with the WISDOM youve gained over YEARS of PROVEN EXPERIENCE. This impartation and training of WISDOM, helps to accelerate the next generation and helps them to avoid PROVEN PITFALLS in their journey to DESTINY. PROVERBS which is a PROPHETIC BOOK of WISDOM gives us KEYS to IDENTIFYING, those who are DISQUALIFIED from your TIME, WISDOM, and RESOURCES. As we have stepped into the season of MANIFESTATION let us be GOOD STEWARDS of what GOD has invested in us by paying attention to the following KEYS: 1) REBUKE will always identify REBELLION in a FOOL: The difference between a SON and a SLAVE is how they handle REBUKE. FOOLS have no ANSWERS and dont want any. Their DELUSIONS of grandeur and IMMATURITY drive everything that they do. What could take them 11 days becomes a 40 YEAR romp through the wilderness because they REJECT KNOWLEDGE and WISDOM. (Hosea 4:6) The KNOW IT ALL, can never be used of GOD because they have dismissed the PROCESS that PREPARES all GREAT LEADERS and they REJECT those SENT to PREPARE THEM. The primary spirit that drives this is BLINDNESS. They cannot RECOGNIZE you for the GIFT that you are to their lives, so they label you a HINDERANCE. Hence we are admonished by JESUS not to throw our pearls before swine. (Matthew 7:6) 2) SCOFFERS ARE EMOTIONALLY UNSTABLE: Scoffers believe that because they FEEL IT, it is VALID. They refuse to employ CRITICAL THINKING, STRATEGIC PLANNING, IN-DEPTH EVALUATION, BENCH MARKING OF GOALS, OBJECTIVES, or OUTCOMES. They are experts at a lot of ACTIVITY with NO RESULTS. The FEELING of ACCOMPLISHMENT and the EMBELLISHMENT of ACCOMPLISHMENT are their only rewards. Nothing of SIGNIFICANCE can be achieved because their EMOTIONS disconnect them from SEASONED PERSPECTIVES that might FINE TUNE a plethora of activity into a SINGLE ACTIVITY that will achieve VICTORY. When one is governed by EMOTION, they are NOT LED BY THE SPIRIT. (Romans 8:12-14) It is this lack of EMOTIONAL INSTABILITY that becomes the BLIND SIDE TRAGEDY that they dont see coming. They set the CITY AFLAME, without realizing THEY LIVE in the FIRES they just set. Like SAUL, they are MEN PLEASERS. They want to be known by MEN and draw IDENTITY from CROWDS, until the CROWDS become MOBS, they THEY cant CONTROL because the CROWD was drawn to the same spirit that THEY POSSESS. Since GOD has no say so in their movements, GOD is not responsible for its OUTCOMES or LACK thereof. 3) NO TONGUE DISCIPLINE: FOOLS tell EVERYTHING because they have no TONGUE DISCIPLINE. FOOLS dont RESPECT their ENEMIES, and have no REAL REVELATION of how many enemies they have because they are trying to be IMPRESSIVE. When you deal with a LEADER who TELLS EVERYTHING, you are dealing with high levels of IMMATURITY and INSECURITY. There are THOUSANDS of SCRIPTURES that deal with the proper governance of your TONGUE so theres no need to repeat those here. But when attempting to DEVELOP a LEADER in this area, the HARDEST thing you will teach them is the FINE ART OF SILENCE. When your ENEMIES know your PLANS, they will plan a COUNTER-OFFENSIVE against you. Jesus implored us to NOT let our LEFT HAND know what our RIGHT HAND is doing. (Matthew 6:1-4) STEALTH is one of the major TACTICS of SPECIAL FORCES OPERATORS. When one is ever PROMOTING their own way, minus the MULTITUDE OF COUNSELORS, there is DANGER coming. 4) HASTINESS AND IMMATURITY: When people MOVE without VISION, CAUSE, PURPOSE, ORDER or an EXPECTED GOAL in mind, it identifies IMMATURITY. There is a COST in order to WAR a GOOD WARFARE and WIN. JESUS admonishes us to COUNT THE COST OF DISCIPLESHIP, BUILDING and WAR. (Luke 14:25-33) The IMMATURE believe the ACTIVITY costs NOTHING. They have NO REVELATION of VALUE hence they DO NOT VALUE YOU. The YEARS of DEVELOPMENT that you underwent to have the RIGHT to SPEAK INTO their LIVES is deemed INSIGNIFICANT. When developing LEADERS, it is URGENT that YOU count the COST of your LEADERSHIP, MENTORSHIP, FELLOWSHIP and IMPARTATION. LOOK HARD at the HEARTS of those assigned to your care. Take PROPER ASSESSMENTS of their CHARACTER, MENTAL CAPACITY, EMOTIONAL INSTABILITY, DISCIPLINE, SKILL LEVEL, and MATURITY. They may not have ANY OF THIS. If they are WILLING POUR your ALL into them. If they are UNWILLING, withdraw for a SEASON and allow them to make the MISTAKES that will INEVITABLY hit their lives due to FOLLY being the chief governor of their SOUL.
