MONDAY NIGHT WEIGH IN NEWS!!!! Well, what the crikey hell chaos has happened here then?!!! Our dear Ruth decided just one bowl of crumble custard wasn’t nearly hitting the spot and decided to decorate it with a bounty bar, a great big dollop of ice cream and, to add insult to injury, a flipping flake!!!! MIRACULOUSLY, she’s on the PLATEAU!!!! Phew!!!!! Jeepers!!! Has the moaning and groaning (not to mention that undoubted flatulence!!!) resolved you to get yourself back on the good ole track?!!!! ;-) Our dear Kate … I can’t even go there save to say I just KNOW there’s been all sorts of inappropriate behaviour going on!!!! She’s bunged ON half a pound, the SCOUNDREL!!!! Onto our dear Susan – I do know that she had a blow out dinner for her crimbo prezzie for herself, BUT she passed up the profiteroles and clotted cream with fudge sauce and flake atop in favour of her Alpen bar :-) Good going, our lady, shes whacked of 1.5 lb, taking her to a total of 4 stone and 10 lb!!!!!! And so to our weight off woofer parade of miracles!!!! Mickey
