MONDAY,OCTOBER 28TH. THE POWER OF TESTIMONY And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb , and by the word of their testimony ;and they loved their lives unto the death. Rev 12:11 Read Acts 7:54-60 Stephen was one of the deacons chosen to oversee the ministrations to the widows in the early church .He was full of the Holy Ghost and feared God. He spoke and evangelized to all who came to him. He testified about Jesus to the people and they were convicted and they stoned him to death. At the point of death, God opened his eyes, he saw haven opened and Jesus standing at the right hand of God. Because of his testimony and the effect in the lives of the people, Jesus was moved to stand and to receive him. This is what happens when we testify of Jesus either while preaching or testifying of his goodness; heaven opened to bless and multiply the testimony in the lives of those who hear . We should not be afraid to testify of Jesus and his wondrous works in our lives. We can only overcome through the words of our mouth. Through our words, we are either justified or condemned. “Psalm 44:5, Through thee , will we push down our enemies: through thy name, will we tread them under that rise up against us.” Victory comes only through Jesus. His blessings are without sorrow. Testimonies are multiplied in the lives of those who hear it. Do not hide your testimony. Thank you for the grace to share with others your goodness in my life in Jesus name. Amen
