MONDAY WOD Monday, April 14, 2014 Strength: Back Squats 8-8-8-8 (60%-65%-70%-75% of 1RMx) Metcon: Max Rep Deadlifts at 135lb/95lb then, For Time: 300 Double Unders *every mess up or stop = 10 Kettlebell Swings (1.5 pood/1 pood) Today starts our first official week of our Strength Cycle. We will be using your 1 RMx numbers for the lifts and percentages in the next 8 weeks. Please try and have your numbers ready to go for class. We encourage that you write down your numbers so you can see your progress over these 8 weeks. Stay focused and work hard!
