MONGOLIAN GOVERNMENT MAKES INTERNATIONAL PLEA FOR RETURN OF CHILD ABDUCTED BY A ST.KITTS-NEVIS CITIZEN *********************************** Mr Sh. Sukhbaatar, head of Consular Department at the Foreign Affairs Ministry in Mongolia , has announced Search for Missing Tergelsar Charles Edwards Krasny Ergen. The Mongolian Foreign Affairs Senior Official is making an international plea on behalf of Mongolian Citizen Ayatungaa Todruul for the return of her daughter Tergelsar Ergen. Sukhbaatar said that the Mongolian mother and her daughter met with the father Charles Edward Ergen a Citizen of St.Kitts-Nevis , in the Phillipines in November 2012. After the argument the father ran away taking their daughter Tergelsar Ergen with him. According to the Mongolian Messenger newspaper Mr Sukhbaatar said that not only did Ergen escape , but he influenced the court to make a resolution based on grounds that the Mongolian woman Ayatungaa was abusive with her child. Mr. Sukhbaatar made a request to help return the child to her home country and to provide information about where Tergelsar is now or whether she has been given citizenship in another country. The Mongolian Messenger Newspaper also said that In his visit to the Phillipines the Mongolian Foreign Affairs Official Sukhbattar also asked for help to clarify what evidence was used as grounds for making the court decision and to take back their identities, documents and other belongings to Mongolia. Currently it is Known, that Charles Edwards Krasny Ergen has changed his name to Charles Edwards in the country of St Kitts and Nevis where he is a Citizen. It is very possible, that the little Tergelsars name is Changed too. Usually she is referred to as Luna.
