MONGOLIAN & RUSSIAN NATIONALS TO TRAVEL WITHOUT VISA A visa-free agreement allowing both Mongolian and Russian nationals stays of up to 30 days in either country was signed between the governments of Mongolia and the Russian Federation on September 3rd 2014. The visa-free agreement will be effective starting November 14th 2014. Under the agreement, all types of passport holders of both countries can enjoy a visa-free stay in Russia or Mongolia for up to 30 days. The total period of stay should not exceed 90 days within 180 days since the first entry of any traveler. If any traveler from either country needs to stay for more than 30 days they must apply for a visa. News.mn
