MONMOUTH COLLEGE (IL) OFFERS MERIT-BASED SCHOLARSHIPS TO INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS Monmouth College awards merit-based scholarships of up to $21,000 to international students, including transfer students. Monmouth College, a selective, private liberal arts college of 1,260 students and 97 faculty in west central Illinois, welcomes international students. There is no application fee and admitted students are automatically considered for academic merit scholarship awards. These are not one-year scholarships; all scholarships are renewable for each year of the students college career (up to four years in total, given good academic standing).
