MONROE, NC (UNION CO.)-- FOUND DOG Found today (10/21) in Monroe (Union County, NC) near Stack Road and Charlie Williams Road. Running towards cars to get IN them Male, black and white, maybe American Staffordshire Terrier mix? Fairly large and young but skinny. Neutered. Friendly and very goofy.
