Though I have been repeatedly denied access to court to have the merits of my claim heard and thereafter impartially resolved, the Court Orders entered in my litigation have established that you are now the last and only man in these presently-United States who can stop the return to the yoke of tyranny which our Framers and their progeny fought so hard to throw off. Let me explain: First, the publicly available evidence of the forgery of Mr. Obama’s Certificate of Live Birth (and other personal identifying documents) is overwhelming even to the casual observer. What has not been publicly released is the unimpeachable evidence of the identity of the forger of Mr. Obama’s Certificate of Live Birth and the trail that leads to Mr. Obama himself. That evidence has not been publicly released because of the media-bias which will not allow such evidence to get a “fair shake” – just as you were denied a “fair shake” by the media as described by your wife to Chris Wallace. Moreover, the biased media will demonize any but you who try to bring it before a kept-in-the-dark public. Hence, I first ask you to privately hear this presently non-public evidence and judge for yourself whether it warrants being brought to the public’s attention as you alone now can do. Second, I ask that you follow your public release of this evidence with the engagement of the judicial machinery in a quo warranto legal action against Mr. Obama in the District of Columbia. This Congressionally-authorized lawsuit is the sole procedure available to test the legitimacy of an office-holder in the District of Columbia, including one who holds the Office of the President. Such a suit would allow the engine-of-truth which is a contested legal proceeding to determine with finality whether Mr. Obama is a “natural born Citizen” and thus eligible to be President. The Court Opinions in my two quo warranto lawsuits against Mr. Obama have Mitt Romney established the legal-precedent that you alone among 313 million U.S. citizens are authorized to file such an action. Third, I ask that you prosecute your quo warranto action to a jury trial so that twelve citizens tried and true – and not some judge with a “personal policy preference” – may be the final arbiter of the legitimacy of Mr. Obama’s Presidency as the Seventh Amendment to the Constitution requires. During your campaign, you were quoted as saying: "My view of the Constitution is straightforward: Its words have meaning. The founders adopted a written constitution for a reason. They intended to limit the powers of government. The job of a judge is to enforce the Constitution’s restraintson government and, where the Constitution does not speak, to leave the governance of the nation to its elected representatives. I believe in the rule of law, and I will appoint wise, experienced and restrained judges who take seriously their oath to discharge their duties impartially in accordance with our Constitution and our law – not their personal policy preferences." (Emphasis added). Plainly, the words “natural born Citizen” in Article II have “meaning” and the evidence that I am prepared to disclose to you will convince you that Mr. Obama is not a “natural born Citizen” and as such he is ineligible to be President. Yet, as I have demonstrated through my litigation, the federal judiciary has failed to: “discharge their duties impartially in accordance with our Constitution and our laws” to “enforce the Constitution’s restraints on government” by denying to me – and numerous others – legal “standing” to bring such a claim holding that only you can bring such a claim. Thus it is now left to you. Let me have 30 minutes of your time to disclose the privatelyheld evidence of the forgery of Mr. Obama’s Certificate of Live Birth and thus his lack of “natural born Citizen” status making him ineligible to be President. Then you will decide what to do. In closing, I respectfully remind you of Edmund Burke’s famous phrase: “All that is necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing.” I hope and trust that you are a “good man” and that you do not want to see evil triumph.
