You can ask someone who about that, you can buy a book, you can try to figure by your self or you can take a course on your school if the school offer the course that you want to know. So you can get access to information about the topic. All joins together such as instructors, books, library and other students who are interesting in the course. The MOOC is built for the world or information is everywhere by just only click "It is a digital world". World gives you the internet connection to access all that information. So MOOC is a one way of learning of Digital Learning. MOOC is course, open, participatory, distributed and life long networked learning. A MOOC is a course. It has a start date and a end date. It has exam to measure your improvement. It has quiz for every lectures to make sure you understand. If you pass the course, you will get a passed certificate. But a MOOC is not just a school or an online course. It is a way to connect and collaborate while developing digital skill in online learning. It is engaging in the learning process. It is about an event that the people are interesting at the same time and talk about it. The course is Open. It means that the work is accessible to everyone to comment, share, discuss and do other staffs. Everyone can join the course without paying.
