MORE LEGAL THREATS FROM Nambucca Shire Council Due to a number of legal threats from Nambucca Shire Council, the founder of Nambucca Valley Dog Lovers is not longer an administrator of this page. The council have stated they will pursue legal avenues to prosecute Glenn Bishop if he does not close down this Facebook page. Mr Bishop no longer possesses the authority or control to close this page as has relinquished full administration authorisation to me. Further more, all other admins of this page, have not been granted the rights, via the privilege settings, to perform a closure of this page. If the council feels this page is breaching the Facebook terms of use, then it is up to council to take that up with the management of Facebook. In the near future, as a back-up, we will be creating a new page for others to add if they so please, so that we may continue the community based services this page provides. I, however will continue on this page with business as usual in the interim. My identity will remain anonymous to avoid victimization & further threats from the bully-boy council.
