MOST INSPIRING TRANSFORMATION + BEST COACH A new division to be hosted for the first time at the Rossi Grand Prix 2015 *********************************************************************************** **: About this Division ................... This division was inspired by the amazing transformations achieved by athlete who for the first time competed at the Rossi Classic 2014. These transformations are truly inspiring and these athletes may not yet be at a standard to win other divisions however they should be rewarded for their incredible dedication and sacrifices towards transforming their bodies and changing their lifestyles. This division is open to everybody who has made the decision to change their lifestyles and work towards achieving the best body & condition possible. This division is for your average everyday person who has made the choice to change their lives or for the athlete who has let them selves go and decided to get back on stage. This is an open challenge to all men & woman become an inspiration and transform. **: Rules & Regulations ........................ 1. This division is open to all, men or woman form ages 16 - 65 years. 2. Your total transformation period can start any time over the past year, your before photo can thus be taken any time after 1 May 2013, your after photo will be taken by a professional photographer at the Rossi Grand Prix 2015 pre-judging. 3. Your target is thus to ensure you reach your peak condition for the Rossi Grand Prix 2015 ( May 29th TBC) at which you will present yourself on stage, your before and after photo’s will then be displayed on big screens. 4. We do recommend you work with a personal trainer or coach to assist you with your training & nutrition in order to assist in achieving the best possible transformation for this event. 5. If you are experienced then you can certainly decide to do this on your own. Personal trainers & coaches, please email me your details ([email protected]) so that we can place you on our coaches & trainer data base incase clients who wish to enter are looking for trainers ( Please indicate on email: name, age, where & when certified, where do you operate from, years experience and basic CV) 6. All entrants: ensure you have taken a hi resolution full front picture in swim wear so we can clearly see your physique possibly against a white background - pic must be clear. It is recommended to hold a news paper as proof of date or any proof as to when pic was taken. 7. All entrants: Ensure your record the following: Your starting Weight, hight, age, waist circumference & hip circumference / Your personal trainer or coach can assist. 8. Your Final measurements will then be taken by your personal trainers or coaches at the pre-judging when your final photo is taken. 9. All entrants: We also require a letter from you as to what inspired you to transform, record your hardships during your transformation, record your emotions during your transformation and record how your life has changes or how have you changed as a results of your transformation - how has this effected your entire family. This letter must be handed in at pre-judging of the Rossi Grand Prix 2015. 10. All entrants: for your stage round at the pre-judging of the Rossi Grand Prix 2015: Ladies: to wear plain bikini’s, high heal shoes, natural tan - focus on hair, makeup and overall stage presence. Guys: to wear hot pants, no shoes, natural tan - focus on overall presentation. 11. NB: During your entire transformation period you may not use any prescription medication, steroids or any performance enhancing substances. Failure to comply with this rule will lead to immediate disqualification. 12. All entrants therefore agree to be drug tested by any agency selected by The Rossi Grand Prix or main sponsor. This will ensure an equal and fair platform for all to compete. 13. The Rossi Grand prix has the right to decline any entry that they feel may have breached any of the rules or regulations. 14. The Rossi Grand Prix reserves the right to use any photo’s of entrants for future advertising & marketing purposes. **: Judging & Prizes ............................... Prizes will be given to Most Inspiring Female Transformation. Prizes will be given to Most Inspiring Male Transformation. Prize will be given to the Coaches for both Female & Male transformations. When Judging various factors are looked at: Your before Photo, your after photo, duration of transformation, total weight lost as well as your letter. Total prize Value for female R 20 000,00 Total Prize Value for male R 20 000.00 Total Prize value for Coach’s R10 000.00 Awards & Prizes will be presented on main stage at main show of the Rossi Grand Prix 2015 **: Entry Fee & How to Enter ..............................
