MOTIVATION Im at work. I planned to come in and train, Ive even got my circuit set up. But Ive just spoken to 2 people and replied to one email regarding motivation and training. So I think my time is going to be better spent writing this. We need goals to motivate us. This is whats going to get us to the gym on days like this (wet and cold in Australia today). We need to be constantly focused on something. So if you are lacking motivation, I bet you havent got a goal and you havent committed to it??? Theres no reason why you cant wake up in the morning and get excited to go to the gym. Search for something you enjoy doing and commit to getting better at it. Running, cycling, weights..... There is so much you can do. You will feel motivated when you are moving towards a meaningful goal. Once you achieve it you must look for another one. You are in a great place to train with highly motivated staff and members. Spend time with people with energy and passion, if you hang around with unmotivated people it will have a huge affect on your mood and what you will achieve in your life. Keep fishing for goals, keep training and gaining without complaining.
