MOU SIGNED BY EDEN HOUSING LTD AND EAAC ON MAY 5TH, 2014. It is good document to be used as stepping stone to the successful completion of Edens unfinished projects. A dtailed workplan must be written on the basis of this mutually agreed document in no time. 1) It should outline the time frame starting in March ,2014 and completing in movable condition before August 30, 2014 for Eden Abad Project as agreed upon in MOU. 2) Mechanism for Performance Monitoring; 3) Quality Control; Checking preodically the work completed meet the general construction standards. 4) Contracting to Chienes Contractor must not further delay the projects as we are not building Seaports or 100 storeys High Rise Bldg. For two or three Bed Rooms homes we have enough home grown expertiese. Use them for speedy delivery. These are few suggestions I hope you will incorporate them in detailed workplans.
