It could be of benefit to be aware of its occurrence. This blog provides some information and resources. This is a valuable resource for learning about different types of mental illness and how to seek treatment. NATIONAL SUICIDE PREVENTION LIFELINE (suicidepreventionlifeline.org) - provides free and confidential emotional support to people in suicidal crisis or emotional distress 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
