MOVEMENT STANDARD UPDATE FOR ROUND 2.. EVENT 1: WORKOUT 1 - The ring row sub for T2 - rings must touch the chest at the top and elbows must reach full extension and lock out at the bottom for a good rep. ALL T2 athletes will complete the ring rows with their feet up on a 20 box. WORKOUT 2: T2 DB squat sub for pistols - it will be 1DB held end to end across the chest for the squat ( full ROM on squat as normal) WORKOUT 3: During the Push Jerks athletes can rest in the front or back rack or overhead position. As soon as they drop the bar, must immediately complete the 10 wall ball penalty. Both athletes must complete a total of 50 reps each. EVENT 2: Athletes can rotate as often or as little as they like. Each athlete MUST complete at least 1 full rep of an OHS.
