MOVIE OF THE WEEK: The film American Graffiti reflects George - TopicsExpress

MOVIE OF THE WEEK: The film American Graffiti reflects George Lucas own teenage years in early 1960s Modesto, California, but folks my age can relate it back to their own home town, at a time when everything was innocent and rock n roll and crusin was so important. The movie is as good today as it was upon its release in 1973. TRIVIA: The only real teenage actors in the film were Charles Martin Smith and Ron Howard. Mackenzie Phillips was 12, and Harrison Ford turned 30 during filming. The rest were in their 20s.
