We are putting pressure on its members as well as Senate Majority Leader Dominic Pileggi, to ask Senator Tomlinson to move this bill out of the Professional Licensure Committee by June 30th. PA House of Representatives has passed HB 612 and this bill now awaits a VOTE in the PA State Senate Committee (CPLC Consumer Protection & Professional Licensure Committee).
