MPhil candidates Mr Rabin Shrestha and Ms Sabina Baniya presented their dissertations Factors Associated with Performance Appraisal Outcomes: A Study among Nepali International Non-Governmental Organizations (INGOs) and Predictors and Outcomes of Work Family Enrichment among Married Nepali Private School Teachers: Does Gender Matter? respectively in a public defense organized at the School in which several comments and feedback were given to them for refining their research works.
