MQ - my 8 month old baby has been sleeping through the night since birth pretty much with only waking up for a bottle, but over the last few days, she has been really difficult to put to bed. Her normal bed time is 9pm and she sleeps til 8am. She now sleeps during the day more and wont settle until about 11pm. Ive tried keeping her awake during the day as much as possible but it just makes her irritable, and she still wont settle until late. Any ideas please? I have another child too so cant adjust my sleep pattern
