MS Dhoni,on the way out? What a way Indian Paid Media treats its achievers? For individualistic performers, it accolades them with a right on Bharat Ratna or seats in Parliament while people who have changed the way sports have been seen are cross examined publically without consent and condemned? TOI must learn to not underestimate the opponent, it takes few minutes to unearth the clandestine funding pattern of Times Group and where its vested ideologies are borrowed from. For me Dhoni is a scapegoat in this entire melee, and he hasnt given away a nations pride, but has supported his masters in a particular format(IPL). Its very easy to tarnish ones repute by blowing things out of proportion, but one needs to understand if tables turn where will you hide......For me a Dhoni is who gave us the inaugural T20 WC, The WC in 2011, The Champions Trophy and many more laurels to consolidate further his position as the guy who saw the revival of Cricket in this sub-continent, way away from the hero worship in which most of my childhood has been spent watching the batting 10 falling like a pack of cards post the dismissal of Sachin Tendulkar. Lets learn to appreciate the position before you go hammer & tongs behind criticizing any individual.
