MULDERSDRIFT: Terry-Ann van Drift Reaction rapporteer - Daar was weer n lelike aanval op n gesin in Rietfontein (Muldersdrift) vroeg vanoggend. SAVAGE ATTACK - RIETFONTEIN We received a report that a family in a cottage in Tuoyvale Road (not a client) was attacked in their cottage at about 03:30 this morning. An unknown amount of suspects gained entry into the cottage. The baby started crying and as the mom went to attend to the baby she was confronted by a suspect with something in his hand (at the time she thought it was a knife). She shouted to her husband for help and he and the suspect started fighting. The husband was savagely stabbed 7 times with a screwdriver in the kidney, abdomen, shoulder and hand. According to the report the victim hit one suspect’s face into the window a few times and his face was badly cut.
