MUNKOMBWE WAS RIGHT-LET’S GIVE EACH REGION A CHANCE Do - TopicsExpress

MUNKOMBWE WAS RIGHT-LET’S GIVE EACH REGION A CHANCE Do unto others as you would love them do unto you goes a famous biblical quote. We see nothing wrong in Munkombwe avowing that we need to give each region a chance. In fact countries like Nigerian its enshrined in their constitution to have a power rotational system, therefore its cheap politicking and emptiness of reasoning for Hapunda and Mwamba to propagate something that is of no value to a common man on the street. Now listen you xenophobic and Tribal Phobic agents, There is nothing wrong for one to make a request that all regions of our country have an equal contribution in improving the lives of many Zambians. Why is right and patriotic for an eastern like RB to declare that we give an easterner a chance, and it becomes wrong for others,it makes those opposing Munkombwe tribalist themselves, Mwanawasa once made similar requests as well, that we give a chance to other ‘’minor tribes’’ Like Lambas a chance hence his reasons in trying to gloom up Mpombo, Please we have used the word minor metaphorically . No one screamed when RB said that easterners must be given a chance. Why is it that each time it comes from the mouth of a Tonga it’s a bitter pill in your mouths. The faster you get rid of such pathological mental tribalism and see all Zambian tribes as equals the better. This kind of thinking where other tribes consider themselves special should come to an end and see being Zambian as your tribe first and any other thing secondary and this will prevent you from having a mental tribal Phobia and qualms that decouple from common sense and become unreasonable continuously with fear of other tribes as this can in turn become compulsive and then paralyze you. Its high time we started thinking outside the box and avoid being drunk with this tribalism. We know the enemies of progress and unity have used the tribalism tag for many years as a tool to decampaign their opponents, this time around Zambians have opened their minds and have paid a blind eye to such trivial issues. whats good for the goose is good for the gander, what is good for a Bemba is also good for a Tonga, luvale or any other tribe. Zambians stop paying attention to tribalism sentiments being preached by Mwamba and Hapunda, Zambia is bigger than any of us.
