MUNNA - The CAT of Kanha Tiger Reserve =================================== I was very fortunate to finally see and photograph the most famous cat of Kanha Tiger Reserve - Munna. He is probably the one cat in the world which has the symbol CAT written on his head. Of course, you can also see PM written below CAT, probably indicating Prime Male of that area :) I was waiting since Nov 2013 to see and photograph Munna. Once you find him, your photography is done. Apart from CAT written on his head, he is extremely famous to take on the vehicles head on. He has the reputation of pushing back vehicles for more than an hour as he simply walks on the safari track and refuses to go off the road. During our full day safari at Kanha, we had the privilege of photographing him alone as all other vehicles had to leave as their time was up. He kept on pushing our vehicle back as he came head on...finally we had to pull over and let him pass beside us as we were running out of time.
