MUSCLE MONDAY TRAINING TIP! Here is another one of my favorite single arm bicep curl exercises that I like to do on the cable machine. With the d-handle attached on the bottom pulley I stand and perform a reverse grip bicep curl. Do your best to keep your shoulders rolled back and keep your elbows tight to your sides.
