MUSHROOMS (prepare n tip). Soak mushroom in boiling water 4few minutes n den drain out n leave aside. In a saucepan u put in 2tblspns of rama on meduim heat den add in Mushrooms n stir genlty till done hv a lovely glow or shine nvr close lid u can eat plain tasty or add 2any fried dishes or grilled dishes or as a side dish. N 4braised Mushroom. Cut2med onoins /3green or dry chillies/ few curry leaves/few mustard seeds /n salt2tase n put some or little oil in saucepan n den add all des ingred on med heat n fry2a nyc colour den add ur mushrooms n sir gently nvr close lid over whn done garnish with greens of ur choice. Or if u prefer tomatoes n masala u can add how many u require in ur dish n add some masala not too much u kill da tasty. N4 fried Mushrooms. Take chillie bite mix or any brand u prefer or ur own batter of choice. U mk some oil hot on med 4frying n den u roll ur Mushrooms in batter n drop into hot oil n u can crumble it with lovely bread crums light n crisp but pl$ dont burn cook2a lovely colour n 2taste. Serve with any dish of ur choice line ur platter with sliced lettuce n dhania. N 4da tip of Mushrooms it has a lot of gas2reduce da gas always soak in boiling water alittle salt 2release da gas bcos some hv ulcer problem or tummy problem so u mk it easi4dem. #Purtassi Masam enjoy with pure Bhakti n love!
