MUST BE MOVED!!!!!!!!!!! We have a 3 bedroom 1 bath for sale we have remodeled 1of the bedrooms an the kitchen has new hard wood flooring an new counter top!! It has real wood paneling in the whole kitchen it is an older model the outside needs painting cause the color has faded..it does need a little work like either sheet rock threw the rest of the home or paneling ... An it has new floors threw the whole trailor . It has a big front porch that goes with the home its about 2 yrs old .The home is liveable now we just needed something bigger for our family !! It DOES NOT HAVE CENTRAL HEAT AN AIR we were asking $2000 but we have came down to $1500 cause we need it gone so it dont just sit there , it is located in Ripley ms if anyone is interested you can inbox me an I will send pics of the home !!!!!
