Crisis bring out a persons real character. Acts 15:38 2. Leaders who disappoint you when they are under pressure. Pastors preach every Sunday yet many times they are under pressure. Prov 25:19 3. Leaders with moral weaknesses. These wait for the day you discipline them and they attack you for having more girlfriend than them! 4. Leaders with financial weaknesses. Remember Judas had a weakness in money. Some rebel for moneys sake. John 12:6 5. Leaders who are worldly like Demas. All their sources of inspiration are from outside Godly things and church. 2 Tim 4:10 6. Leaders who are proud, thinking they can do what you do better 2 Sam 15:4 7. Leaders prepared to attack their own father/mother or senior leader. 2 Sam 16:11 8. Leaders who do not respect your spouse. They say that you, not your spouse is called. 9. Wounded leaders who never worked their way out of bitterness 2 Sam 13:22 10. Leaders who feel they know it all hence do not show up for training or retrainning. Leaders who aim at positions more than that the work is done. 1 Kings 1:5 13. Leaders who have been long in the ministry and feel they have seen it all. 14. Leaders with persitantly stormy marriage 1 Tim 3:4 15. Leaders who take offense when they are corrected. They are irritated, reactionary, very defensive, give excuses and continually justify themselves all the time. Ecc 4:13 16. Lies and makes false promises Psalm 15:4. 17. A leader who does not enjoy when you minister, does not take notes Jer 1:8, Rev 21:5 18. A leader who does not tithe or give...is a robber. Mal 3:8 19. A leader who supports those making wrong moves in church and rebels 1 Kgs 1:7 20. A leader who comes to you with negative news ONLY about others. Someone who speaks negatively about others to you will speak negatively about you to somebody! 21. A leader who does not respect the vision, philosophy, standars and procedures of your ministry. 1 Chron 15:13 22. A leader with a Jezebelic spouse. 1 Kings 21:7 23. A leader who is against spending money on head. John 12:5. When it is time to appreciate their head they do not participate. 24. Leader who is unduly quiet, reserved, detached from others. That silence speaks volumes 25. A leader who constantly is in meetings with your opposing forces. LEADERS: Be as harmless as a dove BUT be as wise as a serpent. Love you.
