MUST WATCH!! This video moved me to tears... I have been stewing a lot in my mind lately to initiate a platform through my health & beauty coaching that will help empower woman and men to move towards finding love and acceptance with their body image. Coming from struggling with my own body image for a lot of my life, I understand how deeply it has held me back from full power and living life to the fullest. Its a serious battle and lifelong journey. Having worked and coached so so so many women in the last 2 years, I see more and more and more how prevalent it really is.. our struggle with self acceptance and self worth around our own beauty.
