MVP group became the lone bidder for LRT-1 extension Out of 4 pre-qualified groups, only the Light Rail Manila Consortium of the Ayala and MVP Groups submitted a bid proposal for the P60B LRT-1 Cavite Extension Project, says PPP Center (Public-Private Partnership) last Thursday, August 15. However, Ayala Corp. announced that it has dropped out from the consortium, leaving Manuel V. Pangilinan-led Metro Pacific Investments Corp. as the lone bidder for the project.
