MY 2014 BIRTHDAY MESSAGE. I woke up this morning without the normal early morning birthday songs and prayers that I always received from my Late Father, Akogun(Dr) Olusegun Okeowo GCAF. Though it pains me that for the first time of my existence, I am missing such a wonderful father and son birthday wishes from my father but I thank my star that my Sweet Mother, the quiet hen behind my crowing cock, Deaconess Kemi Okeowo JP was there to fill the space. To this end, I say Rest in peace Baba Aluta! You will forever be remembered and your legacy will continue to reign. Dear friends, 2014 was indeed a year full of memorable experience and events. It was indeed a year that God endowed me for Divine promotion. It was also a year that God strategically and systematically placed me for divine favour. I must also assert that this same year, I had some uncomfortable situations but at every point, the Almighty God in his infinite mercy provided me the courage and the will to carry on. If not for God, I would have been dead by now. Thank you Jah Jehovah. You are worthy of my praise Baba! It will amount to an act of ingratitude if I failed to appreciate the wonderful people that were part of my 2014 progress and success. I must personally and passionately thank His Excellency, President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan GCFR for being part of my 2014 story and for his support and solidarity to the SEGUN OKEOWO DYNASTY. God bless you Mr President. I want to specially appreciate my political father, mentor and leader, His Excellency Otunba Gbenga Daniel, for his continuing mentoring, support and guidance. Your excellency sir, you have remained the major pillar of solidarity to the late Segun okeowos family, legacy and dynasty. You are truly a symbolic representation of the popular yoruba word which says Baba ku..Baba kuu. More power to your elbow boss. I must also appreciate, Senator Dr Ahmadu Ali GCON, for facilitating a sincere reunion with the Segun okeowos even after the death of our father. I thank you Sir for all the words of wisdom you shared with me. I admired those words and see it as treasures. Sir, Truly they are treasures I must confess! Thank you and God bless. I can never forget my boss in the youth and students struggle, Comrade Jude Imagwe MON, the Senior Special Assistant to President GEJ on Youth and Students Matters. I will forever be grateful to you for the continuing solidarity to the Segun Okeowo Aluta Foundation. You are such a wonderful person Jude. God bless you! Comrade Yinka Gbadebo(Ayefele), the immediate former NANS President and the Olu-omo of Iseyin Land, my very good brother from another father. No amount of thanks can match all the the support and solidarity you gave me this year and ever since we are friends. You are truly a brother in need. May your days be long Yinka! The list is endless but it will amount to injustice if I failed to thank and recognize the following great Nigerians who contributed immensely to my 2014 activities; Prof Alkali Rufai Ahmed, Chief Oronto Douglas, Senator Adegbenga Kaka, Dr Reuben Abati, HRH, Oba Timothy Oyesola Akinsanya (Ewusi of Makun), Pastor Abraham Oladipupo, Alhaji Musa Tahir (Deputy comptroller General of Customs), Mr Wole Olaoye, Mr Timothy Saka Okeowo, Surv SB Adesanya, Comrade Oludare Ogunlana Above Jordan, Pastor Kolade Segun Okeowo KSO, Alhaji Sesan Soyebo Oscar, Yinka Dada Saddam JP, Dauda Mohammed, Hon Yinka Mafe, Hon Segun Solarin SOS, Otunba(Mrs) Yommy Onanuga, Otunba Dare Odufowokan, Snr Comrade Lukmon Owomide Banjoko Bold, Chief Comrade Ngozi Annenih, Idowu Israel Aristotle, Mr Niyi Sodiya, Mr Jide Odesanya, Mr Azeez Ashiru, NANS OGUN JCC, NAOSS, The Pan Remo Forum, PDP Cyber Warriors Forum, Grassroots Campaign Team for Goodluck, Dynamic Youth Fellowship, The New Team Foundation, My friends, Social media Fans, Fellow comrades and acquaintances, who gave me various forms of support and solidarity.
