MY BIRTHDAY by mark schindler, , As my special day is coming to an end I want all of you to know that I had a great birthday, I started the day purchasing property here in Gowanda, (if any of you are wondering where, I will give you a clue, its on Cemetery Hill Rd. and its description has Section, lot and grave 8,9 and 10 written on the deed) With all the people Gowanda has lost this year It made me reflect on my own mortality and figured now is just as good of time as any to get this taken care of). Not to worry, nothing is wrong just have you ever heard the expression the shoemakers son goes barefoot ? Just one last thing my family wont have to decide on when its my time, I spent the rest of the day in Buffalo with my favorite people,had a late lunch on Elmwood then stopped at my favorite store on Hertel Ave, came home only to be greeted with a homemade Chocolate birthday cake with chocolate peanut butter frosting made by Judy at Dragonfly ( Judy you nailed it) Thank You Jeanette Deneen for your thoughtfulness, Cassie for the hand knitted scarf, Lanny for the bottle of his homemade wine . I finished my birthday tonight with a great dinner made for me and a message to all of you. Whether you posted on my wall , sent me a card or private messaged me , for that, I say Thank You, You are all awesome
