MY BOURNEMOUTHBARBELL LIFTERS IMPORTANT PLEASE READ. With the first part of this years British Classic over and Bournemouthbarbell. AKA PaulRees heading for a challenging winter medically we now need to establish clear lines of coaching and general responsibility for lifters. A good time for many to move on and thrive elsewhere.Interruptions to training this winter may be too much for you to handle and l fully support that you may decide to move. You have my full blessing who ever you are. I will continue with those that commit and follow.Not interested one bit in sharing my coaching and managerial responsibilities with anyone.If you want to run your own show elsewhere fine-helps the sport expand naturally . BUT my work with you is with my input plus your input and output LOL. A FEW people have committed which is great.Cannot manage loads anymore particularly those that are unable to train under my direct guidance twice a week (accepting my stay in hospital.) Happy with what you have done so far but now may be the time to go your own way.This will allow me the space to work with those who commit and a few new comers.I will fiercely fight with them for even greater success..Standing still is not an option l am interested in. Done the same with my Athletics group..Now down to five again- a sensible number. New faces will continue with me if they want to commit to my Bournemouthbarbell PaulRees coaching and training again .NO misdirected loyaltys please.One to one .Me and you.Done my time as a National Coach twice in two different sports.Working with everybody and anybody good enough. WANT my coaching and commitment to remain. Clear. Uninterrupted and not confused with any loyalties to other personalities. Let me know where you stand.Will help you find alternative training situations if you need that advice.I have a little time left to sort this in case l am called up for surgery on October 22nd . If you do not let me know l will take it you will be moving on by Nov 1st at the latest. Bournemouthbarbell- me lol .--will continue as full on as possible into HIS 50th year coaching.
