MY CONCEPTUAL POSTULATIONS A satisfied need is no longer a motivator. It is important to realize where people are and what their current motivational needs are. A founder or owner of a system is a visionary. 90% of the logical things we do rotates around what I do call a “A CONCEPTUAL TRIAD” of T.M.N.(TIME,MIND AND NUMBERS respectively) Emotions disrupt logic It is a loyal staff that enables an association/company to prosper so fast. The society will always pay for results but not your efforts Just master a formula and then learn another Successful families and organizations leave behind legacies and not heirs There is no or their is limited Punic after proper planning What actually determines the advancement or growth of our minds is what we feed on using our senses It is the expected rewards and the working environment that makes your staff/team give their best to the job or task
