MY DANIEL FAST GROCERY LIST: (I always stick with the basics and do just enough to get by so I wont be so focused on the food part) This is literally all I will probably by throughout this entire fast, then again I can eat the same thing over and over without a problem. Do what works for you, just giving suggestions. -SWEET POTATOES -Hummus (homemade) -Vegetable mix (carrots, broccoli, cauliflower) -Black beans -Brown rice -Fruits and vegetables to make juice and smoothie (apples are a common base because they produce a lot of juice) -my main juice: Power Gulp (Kale (makes more juice than spinach, cucumber, green apple, green grapes) -bananas -oatmeal -Almonds, nut mix -PB2 (powdered peanut butter) (to eat in oatmeal) -unsweetened soy milk -raisins -lemons/limes to flavor water -Vegetables to cook for lunch/dinner: (asparagus, broccoli, cabbage, greens, spinach, zucchini , squash, spaghetti squash) Breakfast ideas: -Smoothie/juice -oatmeal with fresh fruit -oatmeal w/ raisins &PB2 powder -Cooked apples w/ cinnamon and raisins (also good in oatmeal) Snacks: -Veggies and homemade hummus -Apples/Veggies w/Peanut butter -Plain rice cake, peanut butter, banana -popcorn ( no butter) -almond, cashew, nut mix -Baked kale (seasoned with Cajun, season salt) Lunch/Dinner -Black beans/Brown rice bowl (opinions, peppers ext) -******Sweet Potato Fries (sliced, toss in olive oil, seasoned with paprika, Cajun, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, garlic, salt, pepper, slap yo mama seasoning, bake @400 for 30-40min, turn every 10min)*******MY FAVORITE SNACK -Spaghetti squash w/ Zucchini & Squash, onions , peppers -Whole wheat tortilla w/black beans/brown rice -whole wheat tortilla w/ stir fried veggies
