MY DESIRE....When I preach I want my message to be sooo plain and simple that people dont have to bring a dictionary to church to understand what I am saying! As a young preacher in my early twenties,I felt I had to use some of those $100 words I had learned in the Bible college classroom...I quickly learned Jesus didnt call me to impress others with my fancy words...but to pull people out of the,hating even the garment,spotted with flesh (Jude 23) I could hear my Father say,Put the cookies on the lower shelf,my child,so all can reach them!It is my prayer that all who teach and preach His word will put the cookies on the lower shelf so all can reach them!
