MY EARLY CHRISTMAS MESSAGE (to myself): I, like you, have thought multiple times: ”I give and I give, when will I receive?” The last couple of days I have been the recipient of small, financially insignificant items but exactly what I had a great need for BUT more important NOT from those that I have given to in the past. More important I received from people that did not expected anything from me in return, nothing. I found the lesson in that: “Don’t expect to receive from whom you gave to, it will destroy your friendships and make you miserable. I also learned that as much as it is a gift to give, it is a gift to be able to receive, receive with gratitude. Don’t give towards beggars as they will forget to say thank you. Never say “no” towards someone that want to give you something as it is one of the most difficult things for man to separate himself from his possessions. Dont just say; “thank you”/ By humbly accepting the gift you say thank you on a higher level.
