MY EMAIL IS SWAMPED WITH THIS QUESTION :-) What is the dua to get married? What is the dua to get married asap without any delays? What is the dua to keep relatives away from interfering in the marriage process? There is no particular dua to get married. But there are duas that resulted in marriage amongst other blessings. One of those is the dua of Musa (aleyhi salaam). After this dua he got married and was blessed with job security for 10 years. Rabbiinnee lima anzalta ilayya min khayrin faqeer My Lord, indeed I am, for whatever good You would send down to me, in need. {Surat Al Qasas 28 : Ayaah 24} Second Dua Rabbanahab lana min azwajina wathurriyyatinaqurrata aAAyunin wajAAalna lilmuttaqeena imama Our Lord, grant us from among our spouses and offspring comfort to our eyes and make us an example for the righteous. {Surat Al Furqan 25: Verse 74} - - - Sisters dont worry or go mental behind getting married. Marriage is not the purpose of our lives. It is sunnah. Whilst waiting make sure you make the best use of your time. Prepare! Learn fiqh of marriage, learn about pregnancy, read beneficial books, get into dawah. Always make an effort to be content and happy IN THE NOW AND PRESENT. Do not waste your time thinking about marriage and worrying about it. When you are destined to get married you will and wallahi no one can stop it. “For every matter there is an appointed time given.” {Surat Ar Rad13: Ayaah 38} -- REPENT TO ALLAH Once a man came to Al Hassān Al Basrī and complained about a drought, so he said: Pray to Allāh for forgiveness. Another man complained about poverty, so he said: Pray to Allāh for forgiveness. Another man said: Pray to Allāh to bless me with a child. Al Basrī again said: Pray to Allāh for forgiveness. Another one came to him & complained about his garden being dry, so he said: Pray to Allāh for forgiveness. He was then asked about it & he said: This is not my personal opinion, for Allāh says (and he mentioned the verses from sūra Nūh, 10-12). And said, Ask forgiveness of your Lord. Indeed, He is ever a Perpetual Forgiver. He will send [rain from] the sky upon you in [continuing] showers {Surat Nuh 71: Ayaah 10 - 12} -Tafsir Al Qurtubi v.18/pp.301-302 -- Be Sincere and make loads of dua. There is no special salaah to get married either. You can offer Qiyam ul layl or tahajjud and then make dua. Give Charity. Do extra good deeds. May Allah bless every single Muslim with a righteous beautiful spouse who will be a means of attainting Jannatul Firdous Al alaa.
