MY FILM: MY MOTHER’S VOICE Two events this weekend will include my film, MY MOTHER’S VOICE: Saturday, October 11, 2014 at 7p.m., at St. Garabed Armenian Apostolic Church-Karapetian Hall at 1614 N. Alexandria Avenue in Hollywood, California. Sunday, October 12, 2014 at 6 p.m., at South Bay Armenian Community Center at 2222 Lomita Blvd, in Lomita, California. Spearheaded by Hollywood ANC and the South Bay Armenian Community Center, the events are organized and sponsored by the Ararat Foundation and the United Armenian Council for the Commemoration of the Armenian Genocide-Los Angeles. Mardig Madenjian, the Author of Our Lands-Our Lands will present his book and documentary film makers Bared Maronian and Kay Mouradian will be showing parts of their films Women of 1915 and My Mothers Voice. Nune Avetisyan will be Mistress of Ceremony and well known singers Salpi Mailyan and Marian Pachanian will sing. Salpy Kerkonian will also entertain with her flute.
