MY FRIEND Cecelia Harris WROTE THIS FOR ME AFTER MY POSTING about my God moving mountains and I had to share it because I know Im not the only one praying this prayer. Please if you can read the entire message - it is awesome. Hi Heartense, you know I don’t do Facebook that often and I haven’t talked with you forever-in-a-day, but I saw your prayer request and I just had to let you know that I’ve been praying for you/with you and I am sorry to hear things are not well right now, but I know you are truly a Believer and I believe you have some of that “crazy faith,” the kind of faith that can see the possible in the mist of seemly, the impossible. I thank God that you are a women of God “…that knows who He is and knows who’s she is.” I also have some words of encouragement God has placed in my heart to share. First let me say, as I began to pray for you and called your name before God, I truly felt the presence of God moving on your behalf! As we call on God from the earthly realm with a 911, I believe He has already released it from the Heavenly realm and the situation has been taken care of, but most of the time we just can’t see it yet! I believe God has heard your EVERY prayer you’ve prayed and the many other prayer presented on your behalf. I don’t know what it is that you’re facing right now—neither do I need to know, but what I do know is, He has already taken care of your situation, “that mountain.” Just as Moses (by faith) and by the instructions and power of God, he was able to part the Red Sea, and I believe God has parted “your red sea!” All he requires is that you WALK THROUGH IT. I wonder how the Israelites really felt as they walked through the divided waters of the Red Sea? I can only imagine that most of them may have been really scared out of their wits with only two things on their minds. One, what was behind them (which was King Pharaoh and his army); and two, what was right before them—something they never imagined, (these high walls of raging rolling waters), but as we know, they walked right through the middle of the Red Sea on dry land! What if Moses would have gotten distracted or over-whelmed by his situation? I imagine the story would have ended quite differently, but thank God Moses knew how to WALK BY FAITH, and thank God you do to! :o) I am beginning to learn, the more I experience life and its lessons, the more I see how ESSENTIAL it really is to walk by faith and understand the power and presence of God and His peace that comes with this walk of faith. Hebrews 1:1 says, “Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.” If we go by what we see in the mist of our circumstance or situation, we would surely faint—for real! This passage of scripture also brings to mind another thought. Our adversary, the devil has many tactics, but of his many tactics I believe his strongest tactic is creating illusions—a deceptive appearance! His goal is to make things appear worse than they really are. Yes, I know in this life unfortunate things happen and can be really bad, but it’s Satan’s goal to always make them appear worse and super impose spirits of hopelessness. If he can get us frantic, crying and worrying, then he has accomplished one of his goals—to get us distracted, to keep us from PRAISING GOD as we journey through our FAITH WALK. But even during times of distractions, frustration and despair, God has our back! Isaiah 58:8 promises, “…The glory of the LORD shall be your rear guard.” And as we continue to walk by faith, we are able to see right through the illusions, thus giving us the strength to continually speak over our situation with God’s promises and walking in prayer and praise. There is NO mountain too great that God cannot remove or equipped us with what it takes to get over it, under it, or around it! I praise God for you and for what He’s doing for you right now in the name of Jesus! I believe His power is already working its way through your entire situation and removing every circumstance, stumbling block, stronghold, distraction, and anything else that doesn’t lineup with his promises for you and the purpose He has placed on your life. I see you walking through your “red sea” in faith and I don’t see any mountains! I will continue to keep you lifted and speak God’s promises over your life. Romans 4:17 strengthens my faith and makes it clear that God is all-powerful and that as we pray to God and SPEAK over our situation, He then takes it from there. The scripture says, (As it is written, I have made thee a father of many nations,) before him whom he believed, even God, who quickeneth the dead, and CALLETH THOSE THINGS WHICH BE NOT AS THOUGH THEY WERE. Note that this scripture says, it was God who makes alive the dead and calls those things that be not as though they were (already in existence). Lastly, I love this powerful scripture! Hebrews 11:3, ‘Through FAITH we understand that the WORLDS WERE FRAMED BY THE “WORD” OF GOD, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear. In other words, [By FAITH we understand that the entire universe was formed at God’s command, that what we now see did not come from anything that can be seen.] Wow… God simply spoke it into existence. He saw nothing, but spoke, and worlds were formed! So, from hearing this, I do believe with all my heart that nothing is more powerful than GOD’S power to make what “seems impossible,” possible! The question then would be, does God want us to call those things that be not as though they are? I say yes! In Mark chapter 11, Jesus instructed the disciples, and his words were very clear. And Jesus answering saith unto them, have faith in God. For verily I say unto you, that whosoever shall SAY UNTO THIS MOUNTAIN, be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that THOSE THINGS WHICH HE SAITH shall come to pass; he shall have WHATSOEVER HE SAITH. Therefore I say unto you, What things SOEVER YE DESIRE, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.
