MY GOD IS DIFFERENT. My God is everything that Man Loves, but He is also, and above all, the other about whom Man dreams. He is everything that man does not yet have. He is everything that Man is trying to reach. Man loves material things more before they possess them than they have obtained them. My God is loved less before he is discovered that after He is found. When Man reaches the limits of created things, when he has set foot on the frontier about which he had dreamed, immediately he begins to long for something different, and this happens in everything-in Engineering, in Science, in Art, in Politics, in Love. The something different which man is looking for in possessing material things,-that somemore, that something else, that something new-- is precisely MY GOD. Man dreams and works and fights and sins to gain position, a womans love, a bank account, a title and while he is still savoring his triumph, it begins to lose its taste, it shrinks, shrivels up and begins to fade away. And the flames of a new desire begins to flicker in his heart. Its God we are searching for. He is the only one true being who is an end. The greatest of all. The Highest good.
