Dear friends , I had been working in Governmet Service since 1977, holding the posts of Food Inspector, Quality Control Inspector (Dairy), Food Safety Officer and Registrar of Food Business operators in Pondicherry, Karaikal and Mahe for 35 long years without any promotion. Now, that after retirement, the Government of Pondicherry has issued orders to give me all the three promotions that I missed in the form of Modified Assured Career Programme (MACP) . I sincerely thank at this juncture, God the Almighty, my catering college friend and batch mate Mr. CP Moosa, a catering business magnet in Kerala, who happens to be close friend of the then Helath Minister of Pondy Mr. Valsaraj, my another Catering friend and batch mate Rotarian M. Chakravarthy, yet another politician turned catering business magnet, my dear friend V. Krishnamoorthy, Retired Air-India Catering Officer , the present Karaikal M.L.A, our family friend and former Pondy Health Minister AMH Nazeem, the deceased MLA of Kottucherry Mr. PR Nalamaharajan, and Nedungadu MLA Mr. Marimuthu for all their efforts for this cause, when I was in service. I also thank all my well-wishers. I have joy in sharing with you this.
