MY JOURNEY OF NO RETURN Greatest Nigerian students, If you reading this then that means i have been arrested and detained by men of the Nigeria Police, Ogun State command acting on the order of Governor Amosun and his cronnies. This serves as the only avenue to tell my side of the story before the propaganda starts. I stated it in my previous press release that the Oppressors of affordable education in the state have extended their tentacle by offering bribe to some Students leaders , witchhunting and intimidating the radical ones who didnt dance to their tune. I changed my residence few weeks ago because of threat I was receiving from different angle and in order to avoid their evil plan, I move away from their terittory yet they wanted my doom. THEIR PLOT AGAINST THE TRUTH On sunday evening 31st/Aug/2014 I was coming from imaweje via TASUED after a brief discussion with some of our comrades, on my way home I noticed that the NANS car which I was piloting started jerking , I am an amaeteur in driving little could I do to help myself, I parked the car and gave it a central lock, before then I took my Id card and other valuable document. I trekked home since it was few street away from my house, I woke up the following morning after observing my subhi prayer at Itanri central mosque I moved down to where I parked the car, I couldnt found it. I was disturbed and curious of its whereabout until a passerby hinted me that some policemen toyed it down to their station. I traced it to Obalende police station ijebu ode, I made my complaint known to the DPO and DCO , they logically detained me and started asking me silly questions where is the police gun you took? Where are your other gang? I was dumbfunded A police officer Obasilanta fransic with this number 385007 started beaten me, he said you this small disturbing the peace of Ogun state. After a while I was given a statement form (twice) before I managed reaching out to the National president of NANS, my lawyer and Director of SSS. Thanks to the member of ERC and Students union of TASUED who mobilized to baricade the Police station chanting Aluta hyms, I was released bail bond at exactly 6:30pm Sept 1st 2014. I was told by the IPO charls by name to come for our car the next day, on getting there i was told that the commissioner of police has interest in my case, I reported at the station 8am today,driving to elewaran by 10am. On getting to eleweran I was detained for what I dont have knowledge about, They set bobby trap to jail me because they sees me as a threat to them TOLA BANJO is from Ijebu ode,where Obalande police station is situated,he has hand in this.when my lawyer came what the policemen were telling him is that this issue na order from above Greatest Nigerian students, Good people of Ogun state. IF YOU HAVE JUST COURSE FIGHT IT WITH YOUR LASt BREATHE, EVEN IF NO ONE APPRECIATE YOU. POSTERITY WILL NEVER FORGET YOU Nelson Mandella I solemly swear I know nothing about the robbery of a police officer they alledge me of, I have being in Activism since 2007, I was an SUG president in 2009 I never robbed, I was Gen Sec Ogun youth association in 2012 I never steal, Presently as the NANS Chairman despite all challenges today marks exactly 1year, 3days I have being fighting for justice in Ogun state,I am been victimized over my activism and fighting a just course, in case it takes me years or months to return, even if I die here.
