MY LAST WORDS A Journey I Am Proud Of… AS I reflect on how far I have traveled this Journey of DESAUG Presidency, I have nothing to say but to say Thank You Lord for how far I have come. Today (3rd July, 2013), at JQB Room 14, I handed over power to Mr. Oduro Isaac as the new President of DESAUG. This position has thought me a lot of things and has made me make wonderful friends throughout my tenure of office. I want to thank all D.E. students for the confidence they gave me by making us win our election by a historical margin of 84%. You never ceased to support me. You continued to give me your support and I am very much appreciative. The Executive Officers, Executive Committee Members, General Assembly Members, Various Committees, My Chief Justice, Friends and Opponents as well, I want to thank you for all the support you have given me. When I entered Legon and the D.E. fraternity in 2009, little did I know that I will in 2012 become the President of DESAUG. When I made up my mind to present myself to help build a better DESAUG in 2010 my friends around me encouraged me and gave me hope for the future and I can never forget them. God Bless You all. To all those I might have offended during my tenure of office, I plead for forgiveness. It was never deliberate. I have forgiven those who wronged me in one way or the other. I have learnt a lot within this year from the Main SRC and our internal politics. Those lessons will make me a better person. Please after today (3rd July, 2013), if you have any problem as a D.E. student, do call the New President. I am out of the Scene. I wish the new administration the best of Luck and pray all of you staying behind to support them to make the Students Movement Stronger.
