MY PASSION IS YOUR SUCCESS Most days I am out of my door at 0545am and finish about 2000hrs helping others achieve and allowing them to feel great about themselves! I have this connection with all my clients and nothing is to big or small when assisting them with their goals. I am not about unrealistic goals or bodies I am about helping an individual to feel better from the inside out allowing them to enjoy life to its maximum whilst coping with daily stresses. Physical activity is good for your mental health. Experts believe that exercise releases chemicals in your brain that make you feel good. Regular exercise can also boost your self-esteem and help you concentrate, sleep, look and feel better. Since starting my new life as a Personal Trainer I have not hit the low mood, depression and anxiety that I have had in the past ( yes I have been there, had the counselling and worn the t shirt, I am no stranger to mental health). dont get me wrong I have my moments as we all do but I believe because I am continuously active and training I am in a natural state of happiness and well-being. Being active doesn’t have to mean going to the gym, taking up jogging or wearing lycra. There are lots of ways to be active. As well as releasing natural chemicals that improve your mood and make you feel happier, having an active lifestyle can do more to help your mental health. Taking part in physical activities offers many opportunities. It’s a great way to meet people. And it can be a chance to give yourself a well-deserved break from the hustle and bustle of daily life – to find some quiet time. Leading an active life can help raise your self-worth and improve your confidence. It can help you feel valued – and value yourself. Exercise and physical activity can provide something worthwhile in your life. Something that you really enjoy, that gives you a goal to aim for and a sense of purpose. Here are a few of the benefits: less tension, stress and mental fatigue a natural energy boost improved sleep a sense of achievement focus in life and motivation less anger or frustration a healthy appetite better social life having fun. I run bootcamps throughout the week and am available for 1-1 personal training.
