MY PEEVE OF THE DAY:......Teenagers and their Language. I wore the Marine Corps Uniform for 46 years. both in the Corps and 24 years with the JROTC. Dealing with Teenagers (As most of you know) is not an easy Task. They have their own Language and use it over and over. HEY DUDE wass up! When they were chewed out for wrong doing by Parents they tell their friends My Parents really FREAKED OUT last night....I love it when you look them straight in the eyes and there is no one else in the area, you ask them a question and they say WHO,ME ? And my favorite is: When I ask them what their ambition in life is, and they say, I havent decided if I want to be a RAP STAR, PROFESSIONAL BASKETBALL PLAYER, or DISC JOCKEY......Yep!..We all were probably that way at that age...I remember I drove people up the wall when every other word was MAN.....YA MAN HEY MAN. NOT ME MAN, etc.
