Teachers Retirement System has the discretion to openly advocate a funding solution for that retirement system, yet our leadership in KRS stands silent about suggesting a solution for ours? Harbin is fighting for his pension system; nothing wrong with that and, no, its not active lobbying to serve as an advocate.
