MY RANT!!!!!! Why in the HELL has it taken AETNA FORTY days (28 working days) and STILL no approval for Sarahs Disability Claim. You would think that proof of FIVE arteries being bypassed would qualify her for her Short Term Disability that SHE HAS PAID premiums on. BUT NO! They now need authorization for her health care providers (for issues which have nothing to do with her Heart Attack nor Heart Surgery) before they can make a determination. Guess who is going to be ringing up our friendly AETNA Rep. First thing in the morning?!?!?!?!?! And for my friends at Galls that also pay for this benefit - you may want to question this yourselves!
