MY ROOM was on the second floor over the bar and when the joint got rocking I could smell cigarette smoke creeping thur the wooden plank floor. The owners were of European descent and kept a steady battery of smoking hot European chicks for house cleaning and waitresss, etc. Me, a couple of other cooks, a maintenance guy and the rest smoking hot European Chics. At night the ran around in sleeping attire and I can still see a gang of them at the end of the hall trying to listen to the end of a single pay phone receiver of a Russian Hip Hop song and dancing around. I NEVER WORKED the weekends but on Sunday they did a $30 brunch with smoked Salmon, fresh fruit and pastries and eggs made to order. At eleven am they give whats left over to the employees, and only the hand full of us that live there are there on Sunday. Id fill platters of fruit and pastries and head straight to the hot springs pool wearing torn jeans and flip flops with a open chefs coat with no undershirt like I owned the place....
